Operated and owned by the Social Services League of La Jolla, the Darlington House is a registered historic site of San Diego, California since 1968 when it was sold by the Estate of Sybil Darlington. The beautiful Rose Garden courtyard is the main area for holding receptions. It can seat roughly 150-200 or so guests with a dancefloor and is great for weddings for Spring to Late Fall weddings. The courtyard can be outfitted with heat lamps for colder months if needed. The Library which features is a great for housing a cocktail bar and the adjoining Andalusian Patio is perfect for cocktail hour for your Darlington House Wedding. The Andalusian Patio is connected to the Rose Garden (reception area), so it is conveniently located.
