Q. What is an open air booth?

A. Instead of being constrained in a photo booth, your guests can now use their body freely to make creative and fun photographs. Check out this video to see it in action!

Q. Does it print?
A. In order to charge a lower price we took away the printer, but the option is available for an extra $200 for a limited time!

Q. Is there a limit to the number of photographs that can be taken?
A. Nope! You can take as many as you want during the rental time.

Q. I love my venue! Can I use it as a background?
A. Absolutely. The beautiful thing about the photobooth is that you can use anything as your background.

Q. How much floor space will the photo booth require?
A. To be on the safe side, the photo booth requires a 9 ft. by 9 ft. by 9 ft. space.

Q. What does the photo booth need in terms of electricity?
A. The photo booth requires one dedicated 10 AMP outlet.

Q. Does an attendant come with the photo booth rental?
A. Yes, all of our photo booth rentals come with a full time attendant who will take care of everything that the booth and your guests need to maximize the fun!

Q. Can the color of the background be chosen?
A. We provide a standard white backdrop. Since this is an open booth you are more than welcome to create your own unique background that matches your event.

Q. Do you require a deposit to rent a photo booth?
A. The full amount of the booth is required for booking. A full refund is available as long as we are notified sixty days before the event.

Q. Do you charge extra for delivery, setup and breakdown of your booths?
A. Setup and breakdown for any of our booths are never charged.

Q. I’m ready to book! How do I rent a photo booth?
A. To rent a photo booth, simply fill out the contract form 

Photobooth Contract

  • Rental includes:

    You can customize your booth rental by choosing items that will make your event extra special!
  • 50% of payment due upon signing of the contract. Remaining balance will be due on or before event date.
  • Agreement

    The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as "client," agree that Provider will provide photobooth services to the nest of his abilities, in the manner described in this document. This isa binding contract which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached tot he original agreement.
  • Service Period

    Pursuant to the responsibilities of the client, Atrero Photography, Inc, agrees to have a photobooth operational for a minimum of 90% during this period, occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photobooth.
  • Retainer and Payment

    A retained fee of 50% amount of booking is due upon signing of contract. The remaining balance is due on or before event time. Client is liable for any overage in time at the cost of $ 149 per hour, which will be billed in half hour increments, Client agrees that in addition to any and all other legal rights and remedies Provider may have, Client will pay a $ 50 fee for any and all returned checks which Client may write to Provider as payment for services.
  • Sixty Day Refund

    If the client wishes to cancel the booking sixty days before the event date, then the client is eligible for a full refund. An e-mail notification must be sent to sixty days before the event. The full amount will be credited back onto the client's account where he/she paid the deposit on.
  • Changes and Cancellations

    Any request for a date, time, or location change must be made i writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photobooth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, time, or location, deposit shall be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellation occurring less than thirty days prior to the vent date shall forfeit all payments received.
  • Parking

    Client shall provide parking for Provider's vehicle and trailer while at Client's Event.
  • Access, Space, and Power for Photobooth

    Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the photobooth at Client's venue. Space must be level, solid, and at least 10' by 10'. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure access is possible. Photobooth may be placed in an exterior location, provided it is protected from weather. Client is responsible for providing power to the Photobooth (110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet).
  • Hold Harmless

    Client hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Atrero Photography Inc. Owner and its employees as to any and all injuries and /or accidents of client and guests relating to Photobooth use and supply of materials/equipment at the time of the event.
  • Miscellaneous Terms

    In the event the Provider is unable to supply a working Photobooth for at least 90% of the Service period. Client shall be refunded a prorated amount base on the amount of service received. If no service is received, Provider's maximum liability will be the return of all payments received from Client. Provider is not responsible for all consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of this agreement. All Sales are Final.
  • Client understands and agrees that all sales and service fees are final. I have read this entire Agreement and I understand its terms. I agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
