Hi friends,

Here is Part 1 of Catherine and Matt‘s wedding at the Japanese Friendship Garden wedding. We’ll post all bad ass details from their wedding in Part 2. Melissa Barrad of I Do… Weddings! killed it with all the beautiful details, so stay tuned for Part 2 where we showcase her work!

Catherine and Matt are goofballs and we had so much fun messing around during the photo shoot at Balboa Park. We especially loved the live funk and R&B band at their reception, which kept the booties shaking and heads bobbing. Ed was so tempted to put his camera down and start breaking out his ninja dance moves, but managed to soldier on and keep shooting. It was a truly a pleasure documenting the big day and we’re so happy we got to work with Catherine and Matt. Hope you all enjoy the images!
