speaking of trash-the-dress sessions, i won’t be doing at del mar beach this saturday at 5pm for any fellow photog who want to tag along. no sir. won’t be happening.

in a few short months, glenna and mike are getting hitched over at the mission and partying at the US grant hotel in downtown san diego. looking forward to it!

wowzers. i’ve been tagged up side the head twice today! there’s a tag game going on amongst photographers. the rules are tell 8 little known facts about yourself and then tag 8 more bloggers. the talented kate mefford got me earlier today and then again from the too cool for school jan garcia.

so here we go… 8 random, useless facts about ed:
1. i’ve seen all the flight of the conchords clilps on youtube. damn. these guys crack me up.

2. my first photography gig was photo editor for my high school yearbook. i rocked a minolta maxxum 7i for my first autofocus in high school and nikon 8008s thoughout college. fuji reala was my favorite stuff to shoot with back then.

3. i have a patent for digital audio watermarking. check it out here. yup. i’m a total geek.

4. i drink wayyyyyyyyy too much diet soda.

5. spent all my allowance on marvel comic books and nintendo cartridges when i was kid.

6. i’m very fond of dogs. karen used to teach kindergarten and as a joke i told her one morning to tell her class that “her husband thinks that puppies are cuter than babies.” all the boys in the class where like ” yah!!!” and all the girls just gasped in horror at such a thought. the saying about little boys and puppy dog tails has some truth to it i suppose. then again, our little amelie loves dogs.

7. few tv faves: the aforementioned flight of the conchords, the wire (the best nitty gritty drama on tv), project runway (tim gunn: “make it work, people!”), and the office (”that’s what she said).

8. i love old school hip hop. XM 65: the ryhme! word, and i’m out!
